As an Agent Team Member, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our customers. You enhance our agency's growth by fostering meaningful relationships with clients and acting as a bridge between their needs and our various departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you contribute to improving the lives of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $52.00 per hour
